My first post here and it feels like a celebration! I've just completed the first run of Week Four. The idea of five minutes of solid running felt like a HUGE hurdle to me for some reason but I kept at a super slow pace (and I think the chilly air helped me not overheat) and I did it. Twice. Am feeling over the moon and very proud of myself. There will be a slice of cake later

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
I would only recommend the cake if you would have had it anyway............... special treats for having exercised are counterproductive, especially if you are trying to lose weight.
