Week 7 Begins and a Garmin gift

Pretty proud I've managed to run consistently 3 times a week since late December. According to runkeeper I've ran 32 miles this month! Definetly more than when I tried c25k a few years ago and gave up. My race at your pace medal arrived yesterday and it looks amazing! Februarys challenge will be the supernova virtual 5k once I graduate. Really enjoying these longer runs now, after the first toxic ten mins I seem to get into a good rhythm. Also couldn't resist winning a Garmin Forerunner 620 on ebay with a heart rate strap (early graduation gift lol) - I'm a sucker for data and absolutely loved my first run with it today, so much easier than my phone! Its an older model I think but does everything I need it to and more. I'm sure there's loads of stuff it does that I dont know about yet so looking forward to having more of play with it.

Crazy that I can run for 25 mins now! 3p mins actually seems achievable now!
