And Week 6 begins....

Having waited for about 6 hours for my brunch to go down, I decided that Week 6 started today.. With all the warnings about this week, I took it slow and steady and enjoyed my first evening run. I am really pleased because I actually covered over 4kms today and managed to actually pick up the pace for the final 2 mins of the last run. DH reckons it was the fry up that helped!

(Also have spent the afternoon looking at more(!) running shoes!)

Well done RK, you sailing through it ;-) I'm off out this morning to do W6 R1 ;-) onwards and upwards

Excellent news, and 'slow and steady' is always good...as I regularly tell myself. How did you find the evening run? I get annoyed by the buzzy-biters.

Love the hat!!

Thank you - a bit too warm still to run in the hat though ;0). I ran again this evening, and I as I have said in my post about that run, I obviously don't taste good - the buzzy biters don't bite me!

Lucky you ~ I must have sign hanging round my neck, or some special message on my T shirt....'come and get your blood here'!

Is the hat one of yours?

Not what you're looking for?
