Did my first run of week 5 yesterday - I changed my route due to the snow and ice - sticking to routes that had been gritted. It went much better than I expected! Admittedly the steep hill wasn’t on the new route - but there were a few long gentle inclines. After each 5min run I felt as if I could manage longer but stuck to the recommended timings. Really excited that each run will be different this week - might try to change up my route more often! Seemed to work well!

That's super stuff you're doing there Wannabewhipet week five gets the odd runner in a tizz, but there's no need carry on and Definitely remember those stretches and water 👍
Thank you - I have been doing the recommended stretches and even started to join my sister in a bit of YouTube yoga - although the bottom of my feet feel tight - is that normal? Is there anything I can do about it??
Wow that's excellent 👍 textbook stuff Wannabewhipet those tight feet I'm not totally sure but CBDB may have some experience. You may want to post an enquiry on the strength and flex forum
