Hurrah there’s light at the end of the tunnel! Was chuffing cold at first but now I’m sweltering 🍅. Got a bit of a stitch in my left side, but put this down to not letting banana digest properly - I just wanted to do the run. Anyway, will rest up for 2 days and then on to Week 9. How exciting! 😀
