Well that’s week 8 done, struggled a bit this morning, prob something to do with all the bread and pastry I ate yesterday! Lol!

Couldn’t quite get the pace I wanted, but I settle for 28 mins of running, considering only a few weeks ago I was thinking “you are kidding me, 10 min runs ha ha!”

Love the app and this community, what a fab group of runners 🏃🏻‍♂️👍🏻

Haha, happened to me yesterday in w8r1, had some friends around and some pastries... I considered the latter to be my fuel for the day :D, and it worked!

Well done Taffinator, just 3 more runs until you’re up on that podium, puffing out your chest with pride! 👏👏👏

Bubbles are on ice, so enjoy W9 and good luck! 😀😀
