I have just completed my 1st run and amazingly found it much easier than anticipated! When I started the 🏃♀️, I thought I was going to struggle, but with Sarah’s encouragement, the thirty minutes of exercise flew by. I love walking, but have never attempted to run since my school days, which is over 40 years ago! Really looking forward to this new challenge in 2021.

Hi Roadrunner, well done on completing your 1st run👍🏼. I plan to do my next run on Thursday. Today I’m doing a bit of yoga and muscle exercises which should help prepare me for my next run🤞🏼!

Hi, I have already been reading through your essential guide which I have found very useful. I have already started one major change and that is to drink much more water than I usually do! Looking forward to the new challenge ahead!
I did my first run last night. I walk everywhere and I’m bendy and flexible and tbh it was harder than I imagined but a total buzz when I got home just because I did it. I was what might be described as PE avoidant at school lol, and I’m really looking forward to rising to this challenge in 2021 🙂
