I did the same route as I did for W6R3 as I want to compare my progress. Today was very slightly slower, by 2 seconds per km according to my Garmin - but I'm happy with that as it's such a small difference. It gives me a mini-challenge for the next run not to lose any more time!
I tried to keep to a steady pace and the 25 minutes seemed to go by quickly.
I'm not yet at the point where I enjoy running but I do feel a great sense of achievement.
I'll do W7R2 on Thursday and let you know how I go.

Thank you for your response. I've seen your advice about being able to speak clear sentences while running, and I am able to do so (I try it when nobody is within earshot!)
I'm not totally fixated on pace- while I'm out I often have other runners who pass me, and that's fine. But I do keep a note of my times and am interested to monitor my own progress.
