Well the weather has been awful of late and I decided to change the route slightly for W9R1 so I headed for the beach. To say it was breezy, cold and wet would be an understatement however after the 1st 5/10 minutes I found my rhythm and headed up the beach wind in face!! On the turn wow it really helped and pushed me along to completion of 30 mins. Keep going everyone if I can do it anyone can. Oh and thank you Josh, just seen the interview on ITV this morning and what a top man.

Well done! The end is in sight 😀I live pretty close to a beach and enjoy the sea air. Even though I'm used to the sea air I still get to sleep like a log after a beach run!
