Once the ouch goes.. you can run with a stubbed to if you wish..keep them buddied up... I ran with a broken little toe ( in the Dordogne last year.. was not even tipsy either:))

Thanks everyone I am now up and running again did W9R1 this morning 2 runs to go! I will be graduating back home next week 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️😊
