A final 2020 run got me thinking

I started C25K in March when everyone went into lockdown. Got through awful knee pain and one spectacular fall. Graduated in May. Ran a bit after that but quickly lost my enthusiasm.

A few weeks ago I realised I rather enjoyed it - and particularly this forum - so returned. Back at the start and this time determined to take my time. Just doing it for me, no competition, don’t mind how long it takes and I might repeat a few weeks. I may never graduate 😀

Lovely to find some of my first time forum members still here - looking at you Willow and Sola 😉 and the wonderful admin folk still being so supportive to everyone. I wasn’t going to run today but just done W2 R3 thanks to motivational posts here.

Here’s to a happy - much happier - 2021 for all of us.
