Having sorted out my knees with strengthening exercises and proper shoes reran 2 runs of W2 again. Now completed w3 and knees are good but a bit nervous about w4 found w3 hard should I do it again or just go to w4?

Well done.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with repeating any run but it is worth considering why you are doing so.
