Well that was the hardest one yet but I just ran 25 minutes and feeling unbelievably proud of myself; it was tough, after 8 mins I wobbled but slowed down ( thanks for the tip Michael J) and steadily got through it; even upped the speed in the last 2 minutes! And had the mental capacity NOT to wear my t shirt inside out, which I’d done in run2. Distance covered 2 miles- will I get up to 3.2 in another 3 weeks? Watch this space

Well done! I found it quite tough too yesterday but it was such a beautiful morning. I also covered just over 2 miles although that included warm up and wondering about whether I’ll ever get any faster - I feel sooooo slooow and yet sooo amazed that I can do it at all! I can still remember what wk1 felt like when I could hardly run for 1 minute let alone 25.
