Don't anyone panic, I'm not trapped anywhere horrid......well, I do feel trapped a bit. I've got stuck with isolation due to contact with a person who tested positive at work.....and the weekend before this happened, I was too unwell to run......and now, by crikey, I need to lace em up and out the door like nobody's business haha...π€£π€£π€£
I'll probably go far too fast when I do get out....just for the sheer joy of it.....
I just needed to share that, I'm going now.....to read all your fab stories related to all things running......keep me going until Sunday.........πββοΈ

Aww Cakerunner sorry you're stuck indoors with all that energy. Have you tried doing an online high intensity class to use some of it up while you're waiting for the end of isolation? Keep sane and then bounce outdoors as soon as its safe to do so. Have a good Christmas.
Or maybe something not high impact like planks (or press ups?) or leg exercises (check out NHS exercises for runners). Or some nice stretches, in between mince pies. All all of the above (plus HIIT).
