W9R3 - GRADUATEEEEEEEEEED

I've only gone and bl***y done it. Couch to 5K - I GRADUATED tonight. And I did it in style. 5k in 30 minutes and 38 seconds. I'm happy as Larry. It's taken me 7.5 weeks of running every other day to build my stamina from f*ck all to what it is today. Or another way of putting it last year I would get out of breath just walking and not be able to talk whilst putting effort into a walk. Today I can run for more than half an hour and sing at the same time; not look too drunk and not want to puke. I've not been feeling very well the last few days and bit glum but it's amazing what endorphins can do for you. Now just need to keep it going. And then move on to reaching 10k.... possibly. Bleedin ell 🤣

I know right?! And here was I thinking I'm going to have to keep running for at least a couple more weeks to achieve the 5k not just the 30 minutes. And I'm still at least at least 3 stone overweight.... if/when I shift that I could be an Olympic Champion 🤣🤣🤣
