I DID IT!!! 20 minutes!
When I started this run I was terrified, it’s a huge jump from the 8 minute run I’d only just conquered. It was a shaky start, simply because of where I was mentally I think! The hardest moment was probably just before the 10 minute mark, but like in previous runs, once I pushed past it I was absolutely fine! I kept a steady pace and before I knew it Sarah was telling me I only had 2 mins left! I can’t believe how quick it actually went given how long it was! I even found the energy to speed up for the last 2 mins 😁 I feel absolutely on top of the world right now and I can’t believe how far this programme has taken me in this short space of time! Really buzzing! 😁
