I am worried that I have peaked. What I mean is that I reached Week 4, run 1 and I smashed it, felt amazing and like I could finish this. But after that, the last two runs of week 4, I was barely running at the end. I was going so slowly, it was barely running.
But I've just been out for Week 5 Run 1 and again, I managed it, but it was sooooo touch and go at the end. Has anyone got any advice? I can't slow down really π should I go back to Week 4? Or just try to keep on going?
Any advice would be really appreciated.

Keep going, don't give up ππ» you will be amazed by how slow you can actually go π€£ it doesn't matter how slowly you finish, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and refuse to quit πͺπ» keep it up!
