Week 5, Run 1 -have I peaked?

Hi all,

I am worried that I have peaked. What I mean is that I reached Week 4, run 1 and I smashed it, felt amazing and like I could finish this. But after that, the last two runs of week 4, I was barely running at the end. I was going so slowly, it was barely running.

But I've just been out for Week 5 Run 1 and again, I managed it, but it was sooooo touch and go at the end. Has anyone got any advice? I can't slow down really πŸ™ˆ should I go back to Week 4? Or just try to keep on going?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Keep going, don't give up πŸ‘πŸ» you will be amazed by how slow you can actually go 🀣 it doesn't matter how slowly you finish, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and refuse to quit πŸ’ͺ🏻 keep it up!

YOU CAN SLOW DOWN!!!!!

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
