It feels so good! When i started i didn't think i could even get to week 4, then at week 4 i couldn't believe i had gotten to that point or that i could do the rest of the programme and now I'm 1 run away from completing it all! Well done for getting to week 4 and keep going! You can do it! 😁🏃‍♀️

Tomorrow my W4/R2 is going to be in heavy rain apparently.. I'm still going out though, will be very very soggy when I get back!

You should be proud! This programme is hard and very intense x to stick with it for 4 weeks is a massive achievement next comes addiction haha x

Thank you so much for that, it makes me feel proud to think of it that way I can't wait to be addicted to running, literally cannot wait! I hope it happens for me. Am off to the Lochs in Scotland next week for hols with my son and planning to run around some of the Lochs, hopefully by the time I get back I'll be on week 5!
