Well done, Ian! Good that you got out. Itβs been too cold for me, too, but Iβm on the IC right now after hurting myself on a walk!!
Lovely photo of the balloon. Freedom? Iβm a bit worried about that! I just might go completely crazy so everyone will just have to Look Out! Who knows what I will do π
Having the vaccine tomorrow, never thought Iβd be so happy about an injection.
I think Iβm ok. Hurt the front of my thigh walking on the frozen ground and trying to keep up with my friend! After a few days, I thing the problem is my lower back ad it also hurts all down the back of my leg. Just been doing gentle stretches and itβs much better today. I probably wonβt run for a few more days.
That snow and ice was a right pain wasn't it! I didn't dare run - walking was dodgy enough in places - even across the fields. Rest up and hopefully you'll be back out there soon π
I didnβt run, either! On Saturday I was driving and couldnβt lift my leg properly to use the clutch! But itβs been much better today. Resting well. π
Well done Instructor57, I found my run yesterday loads better than the one before and like you I hadnβt been out for 6 days due to snow and ice. Your next run will feel much different ππββοΈ
Nice photo of your hot air balloon, how cool is that to say youβve owned some of those, not many people can say that!
Well done! I'm glad you got out for a run and seeing your post has cheered me up πI haven't been out for 9 days now - but hoping to sneak one in on my lunchbreak soon.
I forgot you did hot air ballooning - so cool π! I think I said to you before I've always wanted to go ballooning - my ideal venue would be the Serengeti or Masai Mara at migration time.
πππ I am my normal fatigued self, with sore toes, brain fog and Continuing burning sensation in my body but so much better than others, so feeling blessed. Lol should just Of said I am ok! Hope you are having a good day? Take Care my running friend
