Ran today and felt good at the 30 min mark albeit tired. I have ran at 8kmph since the start as feels right for me at 51.

I thought I would run an extra couple of mins and see how I felt. Before I knew it I had hit 5k in 37.5 mins.

I was just lost in my music. I have never ran a 5k in my life. What a buzz 😁

Last run on thur to graduate but will go back to 30 mins as I feel shattered now lol.

I can see the finish line now and it feels amazing.

I see this as only the beginning so onwards and upwards.

To all those on WK1 don't give in to the mind games. I never thought I would get this far but I have.

I was almost 5 stone overweight 6 months ago. A mixture of this course and healthy eating has seen that reduce to just over a stone now.

I hope the new year will see me hit my target weight and be fully fit into the bargain.

This forum has been a life saver for me literally.

Thanks to all that helped me on my journey. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Thanks and in a world of hate and trolls this is the most positive forum I have ever joined.

Great community that help each other.

Thanks I will just be running 30 mins for my graduation. Don't want to push my luck twice in one week lol.
