Well I’ve done W1,R3 but I always said I was going to do this slow and steady. I don’t feel ready for 90 sec runs yet so I’m planning to do Wk1 three more times and then move on. Unless anyone knows this is a bad idea? Note to self - don’t get out of bed and do this straight away. Let the old joints loosen up a bit first.

Well done so far💪Dont see any harm in repeating session until you feel comfortable, I did it a couple of times. Your race your pace, as someone said to me. Good luck🏃🏃🏃🏃

Hi, well done for getting through week 1! You can certainly do week 1 again if you want to and it’ll help your confidence!

Just take it slowly and steadily and at your own pace. Everyone on here has challenges so you’ll find lots of friendly advice and support so don’t be afraid to ask for it! Good luck 🙂👍
