Still can't crack 3.5K in 30 minutes. A bit less than Sunday. A bit more than last Wednesday.

At least I know where I'm starting from!

One plus, the start was great and felt great for longer than ever before, the middle bit was on reflection not as bad as before. I still had something left in the tank for the last 3 minutes (using an interval timer).

So I am on the right track. I know now I after consolidation I can speed it up a bit longer at the end.

Those miles under the belt are definitely helping.

Who knows, bby spring, I will be running the last 10 minutes much faster eventually.

I will have a go at stepping stones at Christmas.

I may not be running 5K but I am running 10k a week. If you'd told me that on W1R1 in September (which is less than 3 months ago, but in another sense seems a lifetime away) I would have thought you were not all there!

This addiction is so bad I want to be out there again on Wednesday so I can get better.

As a fellow addict Rennur, my advice to you is simply concede, admit defeat, the running has gotten hold 😁

That striving to improve is a fantastic outlook in time it'll come 💪

Well done, that's another 30 mins done, sounds fairly comfortable too, like you say, we all remember those first few weeks of the programme 🥵, and the fact your looking forward to the next run, shows just how far you've come! 😀

Well done. Why worry about distance. It is all about endurance and recovery. It should be couch to 30 minutes. By the time you can do that you will be able to manage 5k in a time longer than 30 minutes, but time is unimportant. Just keep going.

Rennur you are definitely on the right track, and are doing just great. I put myself in the "cruising" category of runners...not worried about the pace anymore, just enjoying the runs. Most importantly you recognise how far you've come and are definitely hooked😁😁. Just keep on keeping on...all miles under your belt👍👍.🦌🐌🐢🏃‍♀️🙋
