Completed Week 3 so YAY to that HOWEVER; that success is already cowed by the impending leap in week 4. I get it, I was scared of the 3 minute intervals last week and I managed them but there seems to be an even bigger leap this week. Not only are the intervals longer but also there is more time running. I'm not great with change or maintaining the faith so I'm pretty scared of Wednesday.
