I’ve just finished my 1st run from a 2 week break. My knee was too sore after graduating so I decided to bite the bullet and rest up. I have really missed the head space that running has given me. I’ve rejoined the program at week 6 and am only running/walking on grass, in the hope that this will help my knee. I loved my run this morning, feel so positive about getting back out there. Knee wasn’t too bad 🤞🏼this will work.

Well done, glad to hear you're on the mend and taking it easier and you enjoyed your run. It's frustrating to have to lay off for a while, I couldn't go out this morning, and it was so disappointing. You're being really sensible and sound very positive. All the best. 🚶♀️🦌🐢🐌🙋
