Slow and steady won the race. Did I really do that ? Yes I did, I completed the programme. It’s not been without it’s ups and downs but with a steady pace and sheer determination I graduated. Thanks to all that post on here it is a great motivator to know other people are at the stage you are and experience the joyful and sometimes not so joyful runs. It really helped me so a big thanks.
