If I leave starting week 2 till next Monday, it will be 3 days till my next run.

Have today (Friday) just completed the 3 runs for week 1. When do I start week 2?
I used (and mainly still do) run on a tues, thurs and sun. Although I think it’s fine if you leave a days rest between each run. Just remember don’t push yourself too hard. You don’t want an injury.
Hi RAC61
I finished week 1 yesterday (Thursday). My plan is to do the 3 runs on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday - so 1 day rest between each run of the week, then a 2 day break before beginning the next week.
Maybe someone more experienced could advise if that's a good plan? But it works with my other weekly activities.
Good luck with the coming weeks!
Start Week 2 when it suits you, provided that you've left a rest day in between run days.
There's absolutely no need to run every other day, it's much more important to have at least a day off to recover in between runs.
I didn't have set run days when I did C25K as that simply didn't suit me, and it still doesn't. That said, I graduated C25K at the end of June and I've continued to run, sometimes every other day, sometimes leaving three or four days between runs. All depends on what else is happening in my life!
That’s two rest (no-run) days. Perfectly normal, and what many of us do.
It worked for me RAC61 I ran Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays then rested at weekends 👍
Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
You can take two rest days if you want .Rest days can include walking, cycling or some strength and flex exercises.
Don't do nothing.
