Today I completed the last run but I must admit I’m a bit disappointed. I only managed to do 4.4K where as on W9R1 I managed 5.2k (without even trying)!
Considering I didn’t manage to complete a full minute of running in week one I know I’ve come a really long way but I can’t shake this frustration.

Don't worry about not running 5K in 30 minutes, the main thing is that you have ran 3/30 minute runs and graduated from C25K, congratulations.

Well done. I graduated today too.I didn't get near 4K so I wouldn't be concerned if I were you. At least you know you can do it. Without the worry of a graduation run possibly going wrong, it wouldn't surprise me if you did 5K on your next run.
P l e a s e!!!!? You are doing absolutely amazing. Your pace is just brilliant, honestly, I'd be thrilled to be running at that pace. Could be any number of reasons why your pace was less than W9R1???? You've completed the programme....and more importantly, I feel, you recognise how far you've come since W1...that's a huge achievement 😁😁😁👏👏👏👏. Congratulations Graduate🏆🏆, enjoy your victory...it's been well earned. 🦌🐌🐢🏃♀️🙋
Congratulations monicamoo 🥳 🥳🏅👏🏻👏🏻 don’t beat yourself up over that distance, it’s fine as the aim of the programme is to be able to run for 30 continuous minutes, which you’ve done, plus you’ve already reached 5k previously, which not many can clam to have done when graduating. So relax and be proud 👍
