Week 2 has arrived! I was fairly nervous before I started cause I didn’t exactly find week 1 easy peasy lemon squeezy 😂 but it actually went really well! I surprised myself!
It felt a billion times better than my first run of week 1 - I managed to control my breathing and didn’t find myself dying for my next recovery walk each run 😂 I kept a veeeeery steady pace. But I’m sure I’ll get faster as I get fitter and I’m more than happy to take this journey slowly.
I’m really excited for my next two runs and optimistic about the rest of my journey 😊 thanks again for all the support 😁
