Hi, I’m only into week three and my Achilles had started to ache loads towards the end of the run.
Any advice?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
Rest up and follow the advice
in this guide to the plan, which is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Take any Achilles pain seriously........it can stop you for good. Try Heel drops while standing on a step.
Enjoy your journey.
Yep, after run stretches are really important. Definitely get into heel drops. Also Google Bob and Brad Achilles massage. Do their technique every day and the drops.
I can't add more than @IannodaTruffe and @GoGo-JoJo have already posted, but as someone who has sufferer many Achilles problems over the years (mostly self-inflicted by training to "run through it") I urge you to take their advice and nip it in the bud. Achilles injuries develop quickly and can then quickly get serious. I hope you're able to resolve it in short order.
Oooooh Achilles injuries!!!😕😕😕. Cautionary tale.....I stopped running over 20 years ago because I pushed myself too hard and ended up with torn Achilles heel. I then didn't take enough recovery time, got back out there and completely scuppered my running. Lost all motivation to get back out and developed lazyitis! Hence now at the age of 65..... Well here I am.....I guess just glad to be back on the road. Achilles injuries (any injury!!) Not to be ignored. Take very good care of yourself. ❤️🏃♀️🙋
