Week one R1 I’ve been saying for ages I’m going to start and finally committed this am, it was 9am and already warm outside, I’ve never run before and found the first 3 minutes really hard, dry mouth and sweating like a pig, got slightly easier as I went on but god my legs ache tonight. Going to go earlier on Wednesday thankgod it’s going to be cooler
