Week 7 Run 1 complete. Still can't believe I can run (well slowly jog lol) for 25 minutes without stopping. I decided at the beginning of November to run a marathon (26.2 miles) over the course of a month for charity seeing as I was running C25K anyway, hit my halfway point today 😁

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
