I did it! Slow jog for 3m,5m,3m,5m. Feeling proud. It did seem a lot harder than last week but I kept going. Iโ€™m now running more of the 30 minutes than walking. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Woke up starving so I had a banana before my run. Do you eat a snack before?

It was busy out there today so I did feel a bit of a donut being overtaken a dozen times by other runners in park! ๐ŸŒ

Well done. Slow and steady is definitely the key. This will see you in good stead when you come to do the longer runs. I personally donโ€™t eat before a run and just have a glass of water. Iโ€™m guessing a banana is fine as theyโ€™re not too heavy. Keep up the brilliant work.

Congratulations, well done you๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. What a good feeling hey๐Ÿ˜. I'm sure it did seem a bit harder because you're putting in more running now as the weeks move forward. Just keep to a slow steady pace as PMcL1966 says...the aim is to eventually be able to run for 3 x 30 mins...and that's it...no race...just comfortable ๐Ÿ˜. I usually have a banana & water (of course!!) Before I start my warm up and head out. Part of my routine now. Keep up the great work, you're doing fab. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹

Well done! Youโ€™ve proved to yourself you can do this. Slow and steady is the key. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I donโ€™t eat before I go out unless Iโ€™m going to be running for a lot longer. I just have a cuppa. If Iโ€™m running, say, for 30 minutes or so, maybe a faster run, I get stitch if I eat first. If I do eat before a longer run Iโ€™ll have half a banana, but at least 90 minutes before I run. Then Iโ€™ll have the other half when I get back, in my porridge!

Wow amazing well done you, you should be very proud. Iโ€™m new to running and on week 6. I had eaten before I ran before but found I got a stitch Iโ€™ve since stopped eating before and just have a glass of water and I havenโ€™t had a problem since. As soon as Iโ€™m back I eat.

Good luck on the rest
