Loved it! Got quite a lick on towards the end. Really enjoying this and am amazed that I am still going didn’t think I would be able to stick with this but the app is really helping and I am loving the stories on here - so inspirational. Think it is helping me with the stresses of work and life.

Congrats for making it thus far! :) I just did W4 R2 tonight. We're basically half way to 9 weeks!

Can I ask what app/device you use to monitor and record your statistics? I don't use anything at the moment but would be nice to see what pace/distance I'm going etc.

Your pace is good. My pace is 12 and a bit. Do I need to speed up? X

The first rule of C25k is nobody ever needs to speed up. As long as it’s s running motion and not walking there’s no such thing as too slow.
