When I started this, I really didn't believe I would get to the end, I thought I'd just have a go and when I got to the point where it was too difficult, I would just keep doing the last run that I could manage as a way of exercising to my limit. Well, I haven't got to that point yet!
As everybody says, the programme works. I'm a fat, 55 year old woman with dodgy knees and I've never run before. If I can do it, so can you - so for all the newbies or people reading the forum and wondering whether to have a go - you CAN do this! Run slowly, ignore the negative voices in your head and trust the programme.
Read this forum regularly, you will learn so much that will help you and post about your feelings - nothing is too silly or unimportant - you will receive advice and encouragement every time and I'd like to thank those who encouraged me, particularly Sparky66 who sent me regular messages that kept me going!
Good luck everyone!

Well done, that's brilliant news, it's mad how this programme can build us up, to run for 30 mins, i'm sure most people on here, were just the same at the start.
Enjoy the moment, there's no stopping you now!!! 👏👏🏆🏆🏃♀️🏃♀️🥳🥳
