I'm so so chuffed with myself, and as others have said although that was my last couch to 5k run I'm hoping it's just the beginning of my running journey.
I can't believe I can run for 30 minutes π a few months ago I was struggling with 3 I'm so pleased.
I can't thank everyone on this forum enough, all your help, support, kind words and words of encouragement have got me through to the end of this programme.
When I was struggling with running alone you all helped me to push myself to continue, when I had an injury I couldn't wait to get back but followed everyone's sensible advice to rest and get gait analysis done. When I didn't think I could do this there was always someone cheering me on and encouraging me, so so lovely!
Thank you thank you thank you!
To everyone who is about to graduate good luck, you've totally got this and I hope to see you in consolidation club.
To those of you who are part way through, you are amazing, keep going the feeling of completing is so worth it!
To those just starting out, wow well done you on making the leap. I'm so proud of you as I know how hard it is to make that first step.

Well done, you deserve to feel proud of yourself. Happy consolidating. Also, if you ever want to pop along to the Bridge to 10k forum itβd be nice to see you there.

Congratulations on your graduation, I still remember that feeling so well. I graduated May 2020 and running is now sooo much a part of my life. Never missed a week even if I only manage 1 run per week.Onwards and upwards πββοΈπππ
Very well done! I don't often post on here now but I graduated in Dec 19 and do remember how great that felt and also how astonished I was that I had done it! Just keep doing what you did and try not to miss too many days. Getting into an achievable routine is so important and there hasn't been a single time I went out and regretted it - even on the harder, cold, wet miserable mornings. You 'll feel so proud of yourself every time.
