Hello everyone I completed the programme today and wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who posts and whose advice has been so helpful. I am not great with social media and always dither about what to say!
The things I have found to help have been the advice and realisation that it is alright to go very slowly. I was so pleased to find out ‘slow jogging’ is a thing! there hasn’t been much chance of me doing anything else. I have found doing stretches and having more than one rest day has worked best for me. Other people saying it gets better after 10 mins or so has been great as it made me battle with myself to keep going it is true the middle bit is the best!
Just need to carry on now I am looking forward to consolidating and hoping there will be a time when I can enjoy it feeling relatively easy before I move on to trying to get to 5K
Many thanks to everyone again

Well done for completing C25k, drop a msg on the badge request page and someone will be there to pin your badge on 🥇. 💪👍. Those next runs are so enjoyable and you'll find all the advice you need on the consolidation page, hop across and see Mummycav and good luck with your new adventures 👀 healthunlocked.com/couchto5....
Congratulations, enjoy that feeling of well earned success. The running at a conversational advice level is such important advice. I didn't listen very well during my C25K journey as I was too goal focused. Now that I have eased up on trying too hard to run faster, it is a lot more enjoyable.
