Attempted C25K before the summer and didn't make it past the first week. As an ex-runner from many moons ago I always fall into the trap of trying to run too fast too soon and end up with an injury. Have always enjoyed running in cold and wet conditions so thought I'd give it another go as the autumn nights draw in but this time slow and easy. Also helps that I've managed to lose 10kgs since the last lock down which makes things easier. First week done and thanks to everyone on this forum who are just incredible inspirations.
