It was pretty good the first time but now I have re-graduated having been a bit slack at times since the last graduation. But I just ran for 33 minutes on the final run of W9. I still had some gas in the tank so kept going. Still a bit to go before I make it to 5K (it was 3.86K this morning) but I'm pleased with my achievements.
And now on to the hard bit - the consolidation, the keeping it going, the regular running.

Thank you, I shall read and inwardly digest that advice. I'd love a podcast to keep me motivated and maybe there is one mentioned there. I like the flexible plan in Bridge to 10K but also know I am not ready for that and need to build some stamina first.
I completed for the second time this morning and it feels better second time around, I’m more patient with myself so not going to rush it this time and wear myself out. I covered 3.75k
Aah I tried the podcast last time and it put me off. I’m going to use week 9 again for a few weeks, then after that on my weekend run I’m using it again but will run to the end of the cool down walk. Week after I’ll do the warm up walk before starting the app so running for 40 mins on my weekend run which should take me to 5k. Then I’m consolidating on 30/30/40 for 3 weeks.
