So I did my first attempted on Thursday and only finish 3/4 of the run. Today I did my first run and finished took it nice and slowly this time and stretched. W1 run 2 on Monday 😀

Well done. I pulled my calf so badly on my first run I limped home. I also wanted to vomit after 60 seconds. You will do it, just trust in the plan x
