Hi,

So I did my first attempted on Thursday and only finish 3/4 of the run. Today I did my first run and finished :) took it nice and slowly this time and stretched. W1 run 2 on Monday πŸ˜€

Everyone on here was a beginner at some point. Keep going. Don't give up or stop, just slow down.

I remember w1 of my c25k journey... my legs definitely ached for 2 days after!! It'll get easier if you keep at it :)

Well done. I pulled my calf so badly on my first run I limped home. I also wanted to vomit after 60 seconds. You will do it, just trust in the plan x
