Congratulations on graduating from C25K and running your first 5K, however, strictly speaking you should have ran several 30 minute consolidation runs before running the full 5K, nevertheless once again congratulations on graduating from C25K, now go and π π ππΎ celebrate
Congratulations sparky ππ fantastic achievement πͺπ Think how much you struggled with 1 minute at the start and now youβre running 5k π
Look like you need to change the date on your watch though!! π€
In my second go through C25K recently I had Week 9 as 30min/31min/5km. However, I did do the completing 5km in 31Β½ minutes, meaning there wasn't a huge stretch in duration.
As long as you're used to doing the longer duration, that's fine, but I'd suggest an extra rest day before your next run or a much shorter run (as I did today) next time.
