Graduated C25K on Friday. Ran the few minutes extra to get to the 5k.
Had many ups and downs throughout and it has taken me 3 months to complete. I would also like to say that I also gave up smoking 3 months ago too. So it has been a double achievement.
Onto the next challenge, keeping this up through winter.

Consolidation runs next, I use the Nike Run Club app, lots of choice, coached runs, of various times and distances, you choose whatever you want, you can play your own playlist just like C25k and itβs free too π
