Another W9R3 graduate today! Never thought I’d make it, 50, fat & unfit, I literally couldn’t run for the full 60 seconds in week 1. So happy

Please keep going, the best advice I had when I was struggling was to slow down, I'm never going to break any records with my running speed, but it really doesn't matter, I'm still running. You've got this
