Off work today so managed a run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ in daylight for a change๐Ÿ˜Š! How is everyone else getting on? I am glad I started this programme as it has helped with the current situation #another lockdown! Donโ€™t seem to be losing any weight yet which is quite disappointing but I do like a glass or 2 of wine so maybe that is something I need to cut down on ๐Ÿค” or maybe not lol ๐Ÿ˜

Hi there...all good thanks. Yes great to have a real positive healthy habit to keep us sane during this difficult situation. Helping me stay sane! Well done you on completing W7 and for running in the dark! No...don't think I've lost weight but then I do like a G&T, well usually more than one๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚. And I've no intention of giving up on this pleasure.... ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‹

Hi Alison, yes it is getting a bit harder for me to get out for a run and I am retired! So well done for keeping it up.

If I don't get out in the morning then I am unlikely to run. However, with this new lockdown I am going to make a real effort, because I always feel better after a run. Even if I can only manage 20 minutes slow jogging twice a week, that will be better than settling back on the couch :)
