Week 7 Run 1

My warm-up consisted of walking round the corner, then coming back home for my cap and walking 100m. Running so close to home. I'm brave.

I did not return to get my snorkel but wished I had.

It was rubbish weather and will have to invest in a decent jacket before those shops are closed again from Thursday.

I ran 50m less than Thursday (which itself was 50m less than I had originally thought) but I can always blame that on the fact that my T-shirt must have weighed at least 10 pounds by the end!

Finished and got home for stretches sans T-shirt, a warm shower and of course porridge - brunch of champions.

Keep on Running fellow plodders (and gazelles).
