I am a runner, and runners RUN πŸ’ͺ

Tis a chilly bright autumnal welsh Thursday morning, made for running !!

It's going to be the long sleeved T, comfy injinji toe socks and shorts and cap πŸ‘ no music no noise naked is best (in relation to running πŸ™ˆ)

The wife has left for work, the girls have left school, not a gremlin in sight πŸ€“.

Breakfasted and warm up dynamic stretches eaten and completed accordingly, let's run.

After a steady warm up walk x2 I'd left the house wearing the wrong glasses 🀦 yep I've an old pair more suited to running as well they just feel better πŸ™ƒ odd but true.

Garmin started on the lift bridge away to go, slowly slowly slowly, there's a smattering of walkers with and without dogs, cheerily greetings exchanged.

The aqueduct had the faintest breeze, and bright sunshine with a spot of cyclist congestion but we wriggle by safely.

Crossing the canal the towpath section q familiar route is dappled with sun and shade, long sleeved T shirt, sleeves rolled up, running steadily, miraculously the pace is ok.

Cutting back for home through the lanes a short downhill stint, I actually prefer uphills than down but hey ho.

Crossing the old river bridge it's a steady winding climb for the final klm and perhaps a slight increase in pace just to see..... And I can πŸ₯³,

Gremlins beaten home for a super hot shower after stretches.

Enjoy your Thursday running folks stay safe

I've gone out in my reading glasses before now. I noticed the problem almost immediately, of course.

Well done for sticking to your plan. πŸ‘

That sounds like a great run - not a gremlin in sight needs to be celebrated! You are indeed a runner! 😁
