So been continuing to run ( jog ) 5 k approx 2 times a week...try for 3 but at times life gets in the way..

Last 2 runs have been a struggle , hips are painful not sure if its the cold damp mornings ... any tips would be appreciated..

On a positive note got myself some new jazzy reflective leggings for the dark mornings...

Sorry you hear about the painful hips. I can't offer any advice but just wanted to say those leggings are amazing .I didn't realize you could get leggings with all over reflective patterns! Just perfect for afterwork running this time of year.

Are you wearing proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop?

Can't add anything more to the sore hips, maybe it is the cold and you need to warm up a bit more?

Love the leggings, you must look like the Milky Way running down the road! :D
