Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Don't run through pain. If you cannot identify the cause or get it to clear by following the above advice then you may need to be checked out by a medical professional.
Enjoy your journey.

I get that sometimes when I’ve done a hard trek...it does go but think you should maybe get a chiropractor to have a look at you? ....pain usually means rest ...you can always pick it up again 🤟
All of the other comments plus don't be afraid to go back a week and keep it slow at first. Shorten the stride. Keep at it.

Try slowing your pace a bit and if you can run on grass if poss. I always stretch out afterwards too which helps me.

It depends what you mean by hurting... I have a desk job and I have very tight hip flexors, worse since I’ve been working at home. Stretching really helps
