Keep going with 30 minutes, moving to 5k off you can and go on the bridge to 10k forum. It’s easier when parkrun and races are open.

Congratulations on finishing week 9! There are some good ideas in ITs link for next steps. I did the 30 minute runs for a bit then I started using the C25k+ podcasts (you should see the link in ITs info). These give interval and cadence training and are great for working on pace. After consolidating I then went over to B210k and used the plan on there to gradually increase my running time to get to 5k. But by then the bug had me and I carried on with the plan to get to the 10k distance!
Good luck with next steps and congrats again! 🥳🥇🍾🥂

That's excellent well done you've done so well, especially after your injury lay off to come back and complete is really special, you should be very proud of yourself. 👍🏃♂️👊.
I recommend you now consolidate and do 3 - 4 30 min runs per week for at least 4 weeks. Listen to the c25k wk 9 run 3 guide. I made the mistake of attempting too soon to run faster and for longer but ended up injuring myself!
Once again well done👍👏💖🏃♂️
