Week 8 has taken me forever to complete.... what with a few runs having to be repeated, and on top of that just being far too busy!
But I have done it, my third 28 minute run finished tonight, oh and did I mention my quickest 😁 Even if my quickest time to run 2 miles is slightly longer than Mr Parky's regular 5k time, but let's not talk about that! 🐌
Anyway, on to week 9!

Fantastic effort, enjoy week 9. Only 2 extra minutes a run so speed may increase too. Ignore Mr Parky unless he's willing to be a sensible pacemaker. Hubby did that for me at end of week 9 and it fair increased the pace.
Hehe I'm not worried- we dont run together we just do our own thing! Could perhaps ask him to help set a pace but not sure he could even go that slow! 🐌
