The first 2 minutes were fine. The last two minutes were great. In between was slllloooooow
I did less than 2.3 km in 20 minutes, so as Master Shifu says in Kung Fu Panda: "There is now a Level Zero."
Better than Level Couch though!

Well done, everyone on here, says, the slower you run, the better, so keep going, at the speed your doing, and you'll be fine! πππ
Well done for completing Week 5 Run 3! Itβs an amazing achievement! ππππ
You should be very proud! It doesnβt matter how slowly you ran, you did it!
You did it faster than I did! I just checked, because I recorded the run. I managed 1.87 km. So - you are speedy by comparison π and I am proof that it doesnβt matter how slowly you run. Good Luck! π
Way better than level couch.
It is like coming last at the Olympics, sounds bad initially until you realise how good you need to be just to turn up.
Same thing for all the runners here trying to do something for their health. There are literally millions of people doing nothing.
20 mins continuous running puts you way, way ahead of loads of people.
Congratulations, it is a mind changing run, now you know you can do this.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, don't worry about speed at the moment, level zero, no, level 100% for you, well done π ππΎ.
Well done! You've completed the hardest part now, you will smash the rest! Don't worry about speed and distance that will come with time. Stick to the programme and believe πͺπ»
